A Dialogue Between Contemporary Cypriot and Contemporary French Art.
Lumière Contemporary Art Gallery and Art-Scène Gallery are delighted to present At the Crossroads of the Arts, a collective exhibition of paintings and sculptures that will open its doors in Paris on April 24, 2025. This prestigious event, hosted by the Town Hall of the 5th Arrondissement of Paris, will be inaugurated in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Pavlos Kombos, Ambassador of Cyprus to France, and Madame Florence Berthout, Mayor of the 5th Arrondissement of Paris.
The exhibition, curated by Mrs. Christina Drakos and Mrs. Delphine Piard, highlights the dialogue between Cypriot and French artists. It brings together both established and emerging talents who explore contemporary art in its diversity and richness. Through a wide range of artistic approaches – from figuration to abstraction – this exhibition celebrates the creativity and expressive power of today’s artistic scene.
At the Crossroads of the Arts is a cultural encounter that offers varied perspectives on the world of today. The works on display reflect a contemporary exploration of forms, colors, and narratives, revealing the vitality and innovation that drive artistic creation.
Committed to education, a portion of the proceeds from the exhibition will be donated to the Sagapo Children’s Foundation, supporting underprivileged children.
At the Crossroads of the Arts will be open to the public from April 24 to May 3, 2025.
